The stunning, dark blue skies often feel like blessings in themselves but last night brought another source of immense joy: Twinnie’s very first hour-long walk! The joy was palpable as we playfully announced our “MOVE” had officially become a “Movement”, a delightful thought that accompanied me to sleep.

I woke feeling uncharacteristically tired, my energy for a walk seemingly absent. Then came an unexpected prompt; arriving with the delivery man, who’d left a missed parcel in the shed. As I stepped outside to collect it, and just as the sun hit my face, I knew what I was missing. The walk.

With renewed resolve, I prepared and set off, my destination: Caffe Nero in Bournemouth, an 8km journey.

Awwhh! I remember! A couple of months later, we are officially ‘movers’! 😅

Thank you for literally offering to “walk” with me despite us being in different continents and having different time zones!

Also, encouraging when the walks were hard for me in the beginning, even suggesting I evolve to running 🏃‍♀️ 😅. Not ready for that yet! 🤦‍♀️😅
