I’ve found this blog to be a path in itself, one I ventured into simply thinking I would write about my walks. I realise now it has been 2 ways. Yes, I write about my walks and that gives me a deep sense of fulfilment, but I also wholeheartedly recognise that your encouragement- your likes and thoughtful comments is what truly makes this endeavor so much more rewarding, so much more fulfilling, and so incredibly worthwhile.

It’s genuinely hard to put into words the immense joy that each and every like or comment brings. There’s a delightful flutter of butterflies in my stomach every time – a feeling that truly lights me up inside.

This blog is still just a few weeks old, a brand new path, and here we are, already at the 20th post! There have been moments, I’ll admit, when I’ve wondered if the words would ever come, even after the most beautiful walks. And other times, I’ve wished I could just peek into tomorrow to see what the next post might be about. It’s all part of the wonderful mix of emotions that comes with venturing into any new space.

I remember posting something in the quiet hours of the night, thinking most people would be asleep and would read it in the morning. Then, almost immediately,, a like would pop up, then two, then three – and I’d be absolutely thrilled! These are the little sparks that genuinely keep me going, that keep the inspiration flowing. Many times, I find I don’t even have to struggle for the words; they simply arrive, like a welcoming flood.

As I shared the excitement of reaching this 20th post with a friend so close to my heart – someone who has been an incredible supporter of this blog from the very beginning – I had teased that I would pop champagne to celebrate and they jokingly suggest I walk 20 miles instead. And while those are lovely ideas, I’m truly convinced that the very best 20th post I could possibly offer is one simply dedicated to you.

Thank you for being such a special and cherished part of this path. I havent really been walking alone, thank you for walking alongside me.

This is to you!
